Carter Anhold & Co secure successful defence of Banking Guarantee Enforcement case, and achieve a costs order in favour of the Defendant Guarantor.

Having mounted a challenge which resulted in a lengthy exchange of affidavits and court pleadings, and the case commencing in 2013, the matter of Allied Irish Bank plc  -v- Anne Garvey 2013/3816S, when it appeared before the master of the High Court Edmund Honohan on the 20th of November 2018 was struck out with the Consent of the Plaintiff Allied Irish Bank Plc, and an Order for the costs of the proceedings was obtained in favour of the Defendant Anne Garvey.
